Maureen Burgess Massage Therapy

Welcome! I'm Maureen, affectionately known as Mo. Raised in Auburn since age three, I cherish the foothills' natural beauty and exploring outdoors with my children. My journey began in the medical field as a medical assistant straight after high school. My drive for further education and growth led me to become a dental assistant, deepening my passion for public service and health care.

Massage therapy has always been a dream of mine, inspired by my aunt, a certified massage therapist. The relaxation and rejuvenation I experienced during her massages sparked my interest in the transformative power of this practice. Eager to expand my career, I pursued an intensive 800-hour massage therapy program at the National Holistic Institute, earning my certification as a massage therapist and health educator.

I specialize in various techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish massage, range of motion exercises, and tailored stretches. My approach is client-centered, focusing on individual needs and personalized care. I'm excited to meet you and contribute to your wellness journey at our center!

Completed my certified massage therapy program at the National Holistic Institute.
